Yes, Seal the Deal Fish Processing will vacuum seal your catch and have it ready for pick up or can set up delivery to your home.

You can pack your fish in a quality cooler with dry ice you can pick up at Publix. Airline rules vary, but dry ice is commonly limited to 5.5 lbs (2.5 kg) per passenger/package, must be vented/marked, and airline approval is required. You will check in your cooler just like your luggage.
-
Sometimes. Offshore/pelagic fishing often benefits from a 3/4 day or full day so you have more travel time and more time fishing productive water. View all charters.
-
Not always. Some days we’ll pull our pinfish trap (this takes about 15 minutes) on our way out, or catch live bait; other days we’ll already have what we need based on conditions and what’s biting. We do try to keep live bait in our bait keeps at our dock but sometimes the baits don’t make it overnight.
-
Tipping the captain directly is standard. A minimum 20% Gratuity is required. See our Policies. You can tip directly (cash/credit card, Venmo or Cash App) and a tip may be added to the card on file when applicable—see our policies for details.
-

No—most private charter fishing boats are limited to six passengers for hire under U.S. Coast Guard rules. For larger groups, we can often coordinate multiple boats.
-
We’ll make the best call for safety and fishing quality. If the ocean is too rough, we can often fish calmer water (in the Florida bay/nearshore) and still have a great day and catching the same species as we do on the Reef & Wrecks. If the captain cancels due to weather, see our refund policy.
-
Yes. We have shade on all the boats 24’ and up. We also have seating and if it’s a little bit choppy the best ride is behind where the captain steers from. Your captain will also suggest the best spot to sit for the smoothest ride that day. View all charters.
