  • Balance of charter is due 14 days prior to your scheduled booking(s), which will be run on the credit card on file.
  • Cancellation for daily charters:
    • 30 days or more, full refund
    • 15 – 29 days, we will issue you a gift certificate to be used at a later date with no expiration date
    • 1 – 14 days, no refund
    • Cancellation for 2 charters, 45 days notice is required
    • Cancellation for 3 or more charters, 60 days notice is required
  • When booking your charter you are booking your day to go fishing. We understand sometimes you may want to go offshore but the conditions are not favorable for that so our policy is to rebook it to a later date or book it to a Reef/Wreck/Bay trip.
  • Mechanical issues:
    Even though mechanics issues are rare they do happen from time to time. Payment is only required for the duration that was spent fishing before the mechanical issue. We will also try and get you out on one of our other boats if possible the same day depending on the timing of the mechanical issue.
  • In the case of sea sickness, once the boat has left the dock the full payment is still required for the scheduled duration.
  • In case of weather issues, if the Captain comes in early due to weather, the minimum 1/2 day or 3/4 day rate will apply according to the duration of your charter.
  • Pandemics, Hurricanes or any other Natural Occurrences out of both of our control, gift cards will be issued to where both parties will not lose any money.
  • No GPS capability devices are allowed onboard. If found in use ie. Navionics app that tracks boat location or InReach that tracks our location is allowed. If found the charter will be terminated and full payment is required. GPS numbers (our fishing spots) is how we make our living and we cannot afford for the numbers to get out.
  • Since we are in the service industry you are not required to pay the sales tax on the charter but a minimum 20% Gratuity is required for the Captain and should be paid directly to them and it may be added to the charter by the same credit card on file.
  • Online Waivers must be signed for trips that you have to leave the vessel ie. Lobster trips and Island Eco Tour/Sandbar trips.
  • Photos or videos taken while aboard our charters may be used for our social media posts at our discretion, unless otherwise requested. To be excluded from our social media posts, please email us at [email protected]

Pulley Ridge Trip

  • Full payment is required upon booking and if bad weather is predicted the trip will be rescheduled and no refunds.
  • Rod & Reels lost overboard. When it’s in the boat it’s mine when it’s in the water it’s yours. If a rod and reel is lost overboard by the customer, you will be charged the replacement value of the rod & reel.
